By using the Faslo app or website (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. What Faslo is
Faslo is an informational price-comparison tool. It shows product prices gathered from stores’ public websites to help you compare. Faslo does not sell products, process payments, or act as a party to any transaction between you and a store.
2. Accuracy of information
We work to keep prices and product information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it. Prices change often and may differ from the price shown in a physical store, which is set by each chain. Always confirm the final price with the store. Faslo is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
3. Store names and content
Store names, logos, product names and images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only. Faslo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the stores it lists.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the Service for personal, non-commercial price comparison.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Don’t use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faslo and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on prices or information in the Service, including price differences at the store.
6. Changes
We may update these terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
